Prairie Farms

Our Organization & Employee Reporting Hotline

At Prairie Farms, doing right has always guided the way we work, serve, and support one another. As a farmer-owned cooperative, we are committed to producing quality products, conducting business with integrity, supporting our communities, and creating a workplace built on respect and accountability.

Each of us plays an important role in upholding these values every day through the decisions we make and the way we treat our fellow employees, customers, farm families, suppliers, and communities. We believe every employee deserves to work in an environment where they feel safe, supported, and heard.

Our Ethics Hotline is an important tool that helps us maintain those standards. Whether you are seeking guidance or reporting a concern, speaking up helps protect our people, our values, and the trust placed in us by the farm families and communities we proudly serve.

Together, we can continue to simply “do right” for one another and for the future of Prairie Farms.

Anonymous Allegations

Our policy allows employees to remain anonymous at their option. All reports or complaints are expected to be made in good faith, with honesty, fairness and full disclosure.

If you wish to report anonymously, please do not provide your name or other identifying information when submitting your concern. Please understand that, if you do choose to remain anonymous and do not provide a means to contact you, or if you don’t check in, we may be unable to obtain the additional information needed to investigate or address your concern.

Our hotline provider will make every effort to protect the reporter’s identity. Please note that the information provided in a hotline report may be the basis of an internal and/or external investigation by the facility. It is possible that as a result of the information provided in a report, the reporter’s identity may become known to us during our investigation. Please know, though, that retaliation in any form against individuals submitting hotline reports will not be tolerated. Any individual who believes they have experienced retaliation for reporting a concern should report it immediately using this hotline or through other available reporting channels. Such concerns will be promptly reviewed.

Submitting a Report

You may submit a report here or if you wish to speak with someone live, you may call 866-913-9001. When you submit the report here, you will be issued a Report ID and you will create your own PIN. Please write them down and keep them in a safe place. We ask you to use this Report ID, along with the PIN of your choosing, to return to the website to check on the status of your report and to leave follow-up information. By returning to the site, you will have the opportunity to review any follow-up questions or submit more information about this incident. If your report ID or PIN are lost, you may answer a few personal ID questions to recover your information. Please note that information you submit on the following pages, whether a report is fully or only partially completed, may be collected by Veritas Solutions Group and may be submitted to Prairie Farms. Information provided through the hotline will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
